This is a nice little notebook. I'm sure this would be fine in a purse or bag, but if you plan to keep it in your pocket, you may want to consider the tougher Flexible Reporter notebook instead. The cover is heavily worn and the pages seems to be a bit loose at the bindings.
It nearly disappears once its in your pocket. More like vellum than normal Moleskine notebook paper. It's thin, light, flexible and adds no bulk.
Also, the pages are, well, paper thin. However, if you're planning to carry it in your back pocket on a day to day basis, you'll find that it doesn't hold up well. I'm an office worker, and the one that I've carried one for about a month is in fairly rough shape.
I can easily see the previous page's writing through the next, which makes it tough to discern at a quick glance. It's a bit thicker, about as thick as three of the cahiers stacked together, but is much more sturdy.
Love the books.whether it is the notebook, the calendar book, the sketch pads.whatever you buy, they are fantastic. Convenient, sturdy, easy to take in your purse, backpack, car, on the plane.anywhere.
Overall, this is a nice little notebook, but "64 lined pages" is actually 32 physical pages, with lines on both sides of each page. They should be more explicit.
This product is exactly as advertised. Very usefull for keeping daily lists. The tear out pages are great to have in the field for giving information to people without paper.
These tiny notebooks are perfect for jotting notes & carrying everywhere. I use them for ideas that later end up fleshed out in a bigger moleskine notebook.
